Connections that affect your order

A standard garden hose feeds the grid, and a built-in filter screen keeps debris out. For an irrigation line, the maker says to use a 3/4-inch male garden-hose-thread connector.

Each square waters with 16 streams, the maker says. The grid is not drip tubing, so the tubing checks for drip kits do not apply to it.

Include backflow protection required by your water supplier or local authority. A filter removes particles; it does not automatically provide backflow protection.
